This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Its purpose is to protect every customer sharing the platform, and the rest of the internet.
1. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- host or distribute content that is unlawful under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye or of the countries the service reaches,
- host, transmit or link to any content involving the abuse of children,
- distribute content that infringes others' intellectual property rights,
- run phishing, fake sites, fraud or identity theft,
- host or spread malware, ransomware, botnets or command-and-control servers,
- send unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam) or host content advertised by spam,
- access or attempt to access other systems without authorisation, or scan them for vulnerabilities without permission,
- launch or relay denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks,
- run services others can abuse (open mail relays, open DNS resolvers, open proxies and the like),
- forge IP addresses, e-mail headers or network packets.
2. Resource use
- Cryptocurrency mining is [ALLOWED/PROHIBITED — conditions if allowed].
- Running a Tor exit node is [ALLOWED/PROHIBITED].
- Outbound e-mail (port 25): [SMTP POLICY — e.g. closed by default, opened on request after review].
- Use that strains shared infrastructure to the point of degrading other customers' service (such as sustained excessive disk I/O) may be limited; we contact you first when this happens.
3. Your security responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your servers up to date, using strong credentials and your firewall rules. Attacks or spam coming from a compromised server breach this policy — even if the compromise happened without your knowledge. In that case we try to resolve it together with you.
4. What happens on a breach
- Notice: we notify the e-mail address on your account and ask you to fix the breach within [REMEDIATION PERIOD — e.g. 24 hours].
- Restriction: if it is not fixed in time, we may restrict the network access of the resource concerned or stop it.
- Suspension and termination: for repeated or serious breaches we may suspend the account or terminate the agreement.
In emergencies, such as an ongoing attack harming others, we may stop a resource without prior notice; we inform you immediately afterwards.
We carry out decisions of competent authorities as the law requires.
5. Reporting abuse
You can report abuse originating from z9cloud addresses to [ABUSE E-MAIL]. Include the IP address, the time (with time zone) and evidence (log lines, e-mail headers). We respond to reports within [RESPONSE TIME — e.g. 1 business day].
