2. Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is the electronic provision of the monthly plan the consumer selects in the console and of the cloud services used under it (virtual servers, Kubernetes clusters, private networks, firewalls, public IPs, load balancers, object storage, and domain and DNS management).
3. Main characteristics and price
- The plan is a fixed monthly amount; usage up to the plan amount is included.
- Usage is metered hourly, a month counts as 730 hours, and it is deducted from the plan. The metered items and rates are published on the pricing page.
- Usage above the plan amount is invoiced separately at the end of the period at the same rates.
- Any amount not used within the period does not carry over.
- Current plan amounts: $5 · $20 · $100 (USD). [TOTAL PRICE — amount including taxes and how the Turkish lira equivalent is calculated; LEGAL: showing consumers prices in Turkish lira]
4. Payment
The plan amount is charged [BILLING TIME — e.g. at the start of each period] and overage at the end of the period, by [PAYMENT METHODS]. Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; your card details never reach z9cloud. The invoice is sent as [INVOICE TYPE — e.g. e-archive invoice] to the e-mail address on your account.
5. Performance
The Service starts immediately and electronically once payment is confirmed. Resources you create are usually ready within minutes; you can follow progress in the console. There is no physical delivery.
6. Term and termination
The contract is concluded for monthly periods that renew automatically each month. You may close your account at any time from the console; closure takes effect at the end of the current period.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for services whose performance began, with the consumer's approval, before the withdrawal period ended. When you order, you separately confirm that you request the service to start immediately and that you know your right of withdrawal therefore ends.
